LOOOOONNNGGG story short, we traded a truck for a truck and then they repossessed the truck we purchased because they couldn't retail our trade in. We hired a lawyer and proved there was nothing in the contract saying they could do this and they did not give us the truck back. They check your ID if you come in with a card saying you won money through their third party programs when doing a bank clearance, but they fail to read the date, because they assume you're born yesterday. Horrible service and they also have a mail scam called “Moneypoly” every card is the EXACT same. No different symbol layouts or anything. When you try to claim the non-existent reward, they push you to buy stuff.

Buying the vehicle was a simple, straight-forward process that the staff made as easy as possible with a fair price. I'm very pleased with the dealership and their determination to make the buying process a positive experience! The co-owner (Darrel Watson) went above and beyond when he found out about an overlooked mechanical issue. The issue was resolved quickly and he kept me informed during the entire process. failed to honestly disclose truck's accident history at the time of purchase. When I had two dealers point out the accident and how it was hidden, I called the office multiple times. They refused to return any call and removed my warranty paperwork from my packet. Crooked all the way down.

The spiel on the radio about $4500 to the buyer is an outright lie. Yes I was approved and turned down their deal. They wanted to sell me a higher priced car than I was looking for. They claimed ignorance of the radio ad and wanted me to pay cash down. Blatant false advertising. Buyer Beware!!!! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Bad front axle, needing replacement (I pointed out a sound in the front hub when I test drove... salesmen said “oh that’s just the tires). Guess what? It wasn’t the tires. It was a bad axle BEING SOLD THAT WAY. It is a scam when you are requesting an honest assessment of an issue that you point out, only to be minimized as something small by the salesman. Frank was gracious enough to take care of the axle since it was mentioned at the test drive.

This is the most professional dealerships that I have ever been too. I was looking for a specific truck. Rashid went well above his job description and went out and found the exact vehicle I was looking for. It was priced very reasonably, but a little over my budget. By the time Ashley in finance got done beating the bank and the general manager down, I left with a lower payment then I was wanting to pay. Worst car buying experience I have ever been through if one person on the sales staff wasn't lying somebody in general management was covering for them while financing never followed up on anyting they tried to have me take the vehicle off the lot with a completely non-functional navigation system which in a Cadillac is really the car I refuse to take the car

I had such a good experience dealing with Rashid and Ashley. They were both great and worked to answer all questions and request. They were very friendly and easy to talk to. I wasn't quite as impressed with the dealership not giving a gas allowance for their employees so that customers could utilize. Overall Rashid was great and helped with my final decision of purchase and Ashley was also great to work with.
